1. Introduction
BABIN is an online store specializing in baby and kids clothing, serving customers across Egypt. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account to place orders, manage your profile, and subscribe to BABIN Club. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. BABIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed through our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and mobile wallets through our secure payment partner Paymob. All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is successful.
4. Fulfillment and Delivery
BABIN is responsible for order fulfillment and delivery. Delivery details will be communicated after payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by BABIN; we will contact you to arrange delivery. 5. BABIN Club
BABIN Club offers exclusive pricing on all products. Plans: Monthly 200 EGP, 6-Month 800 EGP. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page; your club access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
