Refund Policy
1. Return Window
In accordance with Egypt's Consumer Protection Law 181/2018, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, underwear, and products that have been used or washed cannot be returned. Sale items may have different return terms as indicated at purchase.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
4. BABIN Club
BABIN Club membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel auto-renewal, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
