1. Delivery Regions & Time
We deliver our products to all regions across Egypt. Delivery is typically completed within 5 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays).
2. Special Requests & International Shipping
If you have any special request or wish to inquire about delivery fees to any country outside Egypt, please contact us via our "Contact Us" form, email us at babin3740@gmail.com, or reach out by phone, and we will inform you of the delivery costs for your location.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with absolutely no additional fees.
4. Delivery Accuracy
Please avoid any delivery delays by providing your full address and accurate contact details during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been successfully placed, we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online. (Please note that shipments become trackable once they are processed by the courier agent).
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after successfully placing your order, please contact us via our Contact Us form or call us at 01033300897. Additional delivery fees will apply if the order has already been processed.
